Sports Law

Our office provides consultancy services in the field of sports to all sports federations affiliated to the General Directorate of Sports, and especially to the Football Federation, Arbitration boards and other institutions and organizations required by the legislation, until the process is completed by the clients. In addition, our clients are represented in appeals and lawsuits when necessary, by giving legal opinions on all kinds of regulations and board decisions made by the boards.

Consultancy services are provided on the incorporation of sports clubs, the establishment of strategic partnerships with foreign investors and the public offering of company shares. In legal disputes arising between the sports clubs; and their athletes and other sports clubs, between athletes and other sports clubs, and between the previous and new clubs of the athletes, the client clubs and athletes are represented before the Football Federation rules in our country and before FIFA, UEFA and CAS in the international arena.
